Karen and I were official photographers at The Last Days of Summer festival at Stowe, nr Buckingham. With a great line-up the festival was a huge success and hopefully this will be the first year of many. Thanks to Lester and Paul at Toast Events for helping to make our lives easier. We’ll be editing the photos over the next few days and you will be able to see them on the official event web site. In the meantime I’ve had a quick look through and here are some of the images that I picked out. My favourites are the two of Richard Ashcroft – one mine, one Karen’s.
Update: This is how the client used our images on their web site.

I love photographing babies and capturing in my images the unconditional love between parent and child. I always photograph babies at their home where its much less disruptive and more likely to lead to natural pictures. James was seven weeks old at the time of this shoot and a very smiley happy chap.

Hayley and Steve got married last weekend at Elms Barn in Suffolk. The barn is a beautiful medieval structure that has been completely renovated for use as a dedicated wedding venue. Its set in gorgeous private grounds which fortunately it stayed dry long enough for the wedding party to enjoy. We had a great day with Hayley and Steve and have a super set of pictures to show them when they get home from honeymoon. There will be a full gallery and slideshow of their pictures online after they have seen them.
One of the nice things about writing this blog is that I get to choose the pictures. They might not be everyone else’s first choice but I can be self indulgent Hence Karen’s great shot of Hayley’s Gina’s goes first
