This was a wedding with a difference for us, since we were invited as guests to our good friends John and Jerliee’s wedding in Yorkshire.  As they hadn’t booked a photographer our gift to them is a collection of photographs of which these are some of our favourites.  We didn’t photograph all day – and Karen had a day off So we had plenty of chance to enjoy the company, weather, surroundings and plenty of pink fizz

The registrars in Skipton were some of the most pleasant and helpful I’ve ever come across.  Its the first time I’ve ever been invited by the registrar to step forward and take a close-up of the ring exchange as it happens. At some of this years other weddings we won’t be allowed to to take any photographs at all during the ceremony.

The reception for close friends and family was held at Amerdale House Hotel which is in Arncliffe in the heart of Littondale.  This is our favourite dale and far less busy than nearby Wharfedale.  I was spoilt for choice for beautiful locations only a few yards from the hotel.
